In March we hosted 2 hands-on workshops to regional partners at the Smart City Summit & Expo showcasing Smart City Taipei and Amsterdam as leaders in developing IoT living labs. The second, wasßœœ a day-long workshop (outside the conference) to take a closer look at actual IoT business cases to co-create together.  The aim of these two workshops are to demonstrate how simple, free & fun social experiments can be. They quickly validate assumptions to increase the value of potential business cases. Using quick- win prototyping strategies, municipalities and companies like Smart City Taipei can make decisions to better serve their clients and citizens. These types of “Living Lab” experiments illustrate how quickly produced insights can maximize value to its residents, tourists, and businesses!
